Frequently asked questions

When are subscriptions open?

this is a recurring monthly subscription. once you sign up you will continue to be billed and receive mail until you cancel. please visit the customer portal for cancellation.

July mail: sign up from 5/22 - 6/21 11:59 pm et (nyc)

August: new members from 6/22 - 7/21 11:59 pm et (NYC)

September: new members from 7/22 - 8/21 11:59 pm et (NYC)

october: new members from 8/22-9/21 11:59 pm et (nyc)

When will I receive my mail?

**SHIPPED VIA USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL. NO TRACKING PROVIDED**

I strive to have the mail delivered to you by the 1st of the month due to time sensitive pieces.

domestic (u.s.)

mail for the upcoming month will shipped between the 22nd and 25th of each month.

ex. july mail will ship between 6/22 and 6/25

SHIPPING TIME: Typically 1-5 business days, but up to 14

international

mail for the upcoming month will be shipped on a rolling basis starting on the 15th of every month in an effort to reach you before the 1st. If you subscribe closer to the end of the subscription period (the 21st) you may not receive your mail until after the 1st. I encourage first-time international subscribers to sign up before the 15th.

SHIPPING TIME: Typically 7-14 business days, but to 21

If your mail does not arrive by the 10th of the month (Ex. July Mail by July 10th) please contact me via the contact form and I will send out a replacement right away!

How much does shipping cost?

DOMESTIC (U.S.) - FREE USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL

INTERNATIONAL - $2 WILL BE ADDED AT CHECK OUT FOR USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL MAIL

PLEASE NOTE FIRST CLASS MAIL USES A STAMP AND THERE WILL BE NO TRACKING PROVIDED!!

Can you send a replacement?

Damaged Mail

If your mail arrives damaged please reach out using the contact form. A replacement will be shipped promptly.

Missing Mail

I strive to have the mail delivered to you by the 1st of the month due to time sensitive pieces.

Cancellations

Please use the customer portal to cancel your subscription before your next billing date. If you cancel after your billing date you will receive mail for the upcoming month and no refunds will be issued.


Refunds

No Refunds. If you no longer wish to receive mail please cancel prior to your next billing date.


Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis for atypical reasons.
